RENTAL RATES
During a Designer Showcase, local interior designers were challenged to design and furnish a room with Victorian "style" or interpretation, colors, fabric, design, furniture and décor. The designers represented local charities selected by the owners. To learn about the local charities, designers, and artists, see their galleries.
Artwork for the Showcase was selected by the designers from local artists based on the design theme of their room. The local art is for sale. The combination of local artists and designers provides a unique experience for all to enjoy as a venue for your special gatherings and events.

Rentals
Sunday – Thursday
Lower floor $100.00 per hour (3 hours minimum)
Both floors $175.00 per hour (3 hours minimum)
`Upper floor $100.00 per hour (3 hours minimum)
Friday – Saturday
Lower floor - $175.00 per hour (5 hours minimum)
**Both floor s $275.00 per hour (5 hours minimum)
Upper floor - $100.00 per hour (5 hours minimum)
** free hour to rent both floors Friday – Saturday
Ask about special single room pricing
A $100.00 rental fee for use of Nelms House dishware, tableware, drinkware, etc. These items must be left clean and returned to original location. All trash must be removed from the house and placed in proper receptacle in back yard.
The Nelms House will be in a clean condition prior to your event and should be left in same condition upon the completion of your rental. A $100.00 Security deposit is required to reserve space(s). Cancellation will result in forfeit of deposit. Total rental is due 30 days before event date.
$100.00 will be held until inspection of property proves no damage, loss or lack of cleaning. $100.00 security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks. OR A valid credit card authorization will be kept on file until inspection of property after your event.
