During the Designer Showcase, a boutique carried local artwork and local products for purchase. Local artists, who participated in the showcase, were invited by the rooms' designers and are listed in the artist gallery. Their wall artwork and 3D artwork in each room continue for sale as part of the boutique. The artwork can be sold and picked up at the Nelms House. No local shipping is available.

Rotation of local artwork will be arranged by the art curator to retain solo exhibits in each room  and to be for sale in the boutique.

See the Shop Menu for examples of the local/regional upcycle art, products, and wall art for sale in the Boutique. You can call or contact us to have items held for you to purchase when you tour the house.  Curbside pick up is available. No local shipping is available.

Silent Auctions

Silent Auction products and artwork were available through the online shop during the Pre Design Open Houses and Designer Showcase. After the Showcase, Silent Auctions will occasionally continue to benefit local charities. Please click the images for the minimum bid increases under the items' descriptions.

Only items with minimum bids are part of the silent auction. Other shop items are for sale at the Nelms House.

If you want to bid, you can do either of the following,

1. visit the Nelms House during open houses listed under "Activities" to view and bid on auction items

2. send a contact message from the website with the item name and your bid increase.
